Recline hosts no content
Recline is a player. It doesn't host, upload, store, sell or index movies, shows or channels, and it comes with no addons, playlists or sources. Each person adds the services they already use, and those services decide what they offer. Recline has no say over them and doesn't search for, recommend or link to content.
Posters, descriptions and ratings come from public metadata services such as TMDB. They describe titles; they aren't the titles themselves.
Sending a notice
If you own the rights to a work and believe Recline is being used with a service that infringes them, email copyright@reclinetv.com with:
- the work you own (or represent), and your contact details;
- the addon, playlist or provider involved: its address (for example its manifest link or server name) is what lets Recline act;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Notices are answered within a few working days.
What Recline does
- Blocks the source. The addon or provider named in a valid notice is blocked across Recline: it can no longer be added, and Recline stops loading its catalogs, streams and video for every account.
- Repeat infringers. Accounts that keep using blocked or infringing sources are closed.
- Counter-notices. If you run a service that was blocked and believe it was a mistake, reply to the same address with the details, and Recline will review it.
Sending false or misleading notices can make the sender liable for damages.
